Mena has worked in the field of health and social care for the past 25 years having previously worked in residential care with young people in Northern Ireland. She has been a TCI Professionally Certified Trainer for ten years and more recently has joined the CARE Team as an Instructor. She provides training and support on TCI and its implementation to organisations and teams in Ireland.
