TCI for Developmental Disabilities (TCIDD)
TCI for Development Disabilities curriculum also stresses the importance of crisis prevention and de-escalation strategies and is based on the TCI Edition 6 curriculum. Activities are included which consider specific needs of young people with developmental disabilities; preventing aggression and violence, hierarchy of communication, setting conditions and triggers, adapting the LSI for young people with limited or no verbal communication skills.
